My family moved to Nashville 21 years ago, and I have been a resident of Franklin for 16. The progress and growth of our cities is in line with the ongoing, high demand for ownership. My mission is to fullfill a client's "wish list" and offer my allegience to them throughout the transaction. I work toward being able to guide a client to buy or sell a house with confidence versus making a decision based on emotion. I understand that your home is more than just a place to live; it is where you make memories.

I've been active in my community from volunteering at the animal shelter to being a member of the Williamson County Arts Council, The Heritage Foundation, and a City of Franklin and Williamson County Ambassador. As a proud member of the Parks family, I carry the values of hard work, integrity, and the code of ethics into everything that I do. I am a positive, approachable person whose style and values reflect my integrity as a REALTOR®. I make concerted efforts to communicate with each participant and encourage a collaborative environment. I believe that people want to find opportunities where they can contribute to the growth of our homeplace and preserve our state's history.

Helped me Sell my home
Tevis Denise is an entrepreneur, a creative artist, a researcher, and a native to the area, which are qualities that enhance her ability as an agent and visionary. My home sold quickly after it was listed, and I am convinced it was because of her involvement. I will cherish the dedication and encouragement that she gave to motivate me. I believe that she will put her client's needs first and support their best interests in a home purchase or sale.

About Tevis

The skills that I developed as a social worker and mother— how to listen, interpret, advocate and negotiate — have prepared me to guide clients through the complexities of a home transaction. Each of these relationships formed me to  in a role of extreme trust. In social work there is a technique called "being where the client is". It’s important for a person to know that I see things from their side and understand what a huge decision it is to buy a home both financially and emotionally.

Buying a home here means you're purchasing a lifetime investment that will serve as both a sanctuary for you and your family, and as a solid asset base. The purchase of a home is a huge undertaking and something to be taken very seriously, because it will affect your future in such profound ways. But you already know this, so you'll be pleased to hear that a future in this community is just plain more likely to turn out well, owing to the providential qualities that are relatively universal to both properties and homes here. Ask any resident!

This city is widely known for its commitment to residents and visitors alike - we're proud of our past and we look forward to a bright future. This region affords a scenic backdrop for the homes and properties that comprise the local real estate market, as well as a huge variety of amenities. These amenities are designed to ease the lifestyle of residents while providing those quality services at reasonable rates.
